Anxiety and Depression Therapy
Calm your mind. Steady your body. Feel like yourself again.
Worry that will not shut off, panic that comes out of nowhere, or a low mood that will not lift can wear you down. We combine counseling with brain and body tools like HeartMath biofeedback and brainspotting, in person in Forest Lake or by telehealth across Minnesota.
Know the Signs
Anxiety and depression often show up together. If these have lasted more than a couple of weeks or get in the way of work, sleep or relationships, it is worth talking to someone.
